Days go By

It's friday.
The weekend is almost here.
I'm invited to a party tonight but I think I will not go.
I guess private home parties do not excite me much. I only know one person there and to meet new people is getting to be to much work for me now a days.
Tomorrow is World AIDS Day, there is the LOVE DANCE in the Paradiso Amsterdam's oldest and nicest concert and party venue and I will be there together with some of my closest Friends.
It's a benefit party for the AIDS foundation, and also the day in the year when I reflect on this most worrying disease that seems to be forgotten or taken for granted now a days.
The world is worried about politics and wars, and the youth are up on arms all over Europe and the world.
And the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse Bush Putin Brown and Sarkozy are busy throwing petrol into the fire.
I know that society is overwhelmed with major problems at the moment, but maybe we should all take a moment tomorrow and think of all the people who are fighting this daily battle for survival.
" HIV STILL KILLS " and it does so indiscriminately.
Together we can beat HIV.

I have survived another year and with your help my friends, I will be here next year making plans to survive the next one.

The last 10 years with out you LOVE and Friends would not have been possible.
For that and a lot more, I Thank you.

By the way Sarco they are not " Yobs and traffickers ", they are young people French citizens who do not see a caring future. They are worried about their future and place in society.
Yobs are your new friends that you like to be photographed so much drinking champagne and selling the country you swore to serve and protect as if it was some cheap plastic souvenir on a chinese corner shop.
It makes me sick every time i see a picture of you with your fist up in the air.
We had the " Iron Lady " once and that was enough.

"STOP IT" it's very undignified for the President of the French Republic.



Sorry for my outburst but I do love France and I hate to see her misused in this way.
